Construction work on Walker Healthcare’s flagship care home, Cramond Residence is over half-way complete.
The building is now fully erect with roofing and brickwork cladding well underway and work commenced internally. Having started in summer 2016, external construction is targeted to be finished by Autumn 2017, with a view to the home being completed in winter 2017/18.
The Residence will include 74 en-suite bedrooms and a wide range of lounge, dining and activities rooms spread across six houses accommodating up to nine residents each.
A dedicated website www.cramondresidence.co.uk has also been launched providing a glimpse into the lifestyle on offer.
Located in the north-west of Edinburgh, Cramond Residence will fit seamlessly into its surroundings and reflect the beauty of the local area. Carefully designed, the development will enhance the prestigious Cramond Road North location with its modern and high-end design.
